A warm welcome from our office to you and your family.  We offer a professional, yet highly personalized approach to your dental care. You are never a faceless, nameless computer number here. Our office is designed for your comfort, and our entire staff is devoted to making your visits here as pleasant as possible.

Our goal is to provide quality dental care to each patient with the same degree of courtesy, quality, and professionalism that we, ourselves, would want. We strive to make dentistry as comfortable and stress free as possible.

Appointments . . .   
The success and progress of your care is dependent on your commitment to the time you reserve on our schedule. We pledge to be conscious of how valuable your time is to you as ours is to us. We will strive to complete all necessary treatment in as few visits as possible. At least a 24 hour notice will be expected if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Failure to comply with this simple courtesy may incur a fee, at the discretion of the doctor. Every effort will be made to see all of our patients at their appointed time. As complications can arise during even routine dental procedures, if delays do occur it is because we are treating someone with the sane attentiveness which you can expect.

New Patients . . .  
New patients are always welcome. Your first visit will consist of a thorough dental examination and necessary diagnostic radiographs. Your exam will also include a soft tissue and oral cancer screening, and a TMJ (temporalmandibular joint) evaluation.

The second visit will consist of a cleaning with our hygienist and a consultation with a Doctor (if needed). Any recommendations for a healthy mouth will be presented at this time. Any questions will be answered, it is your treatment and you should be educated and involved.

In Case Of Emergency . . . 
To effectively handle emergencies, we reserve emergency appointment time for patients with pain and other serious dental problems. These appointments can not be filled more than 24 hours in advance.

Payment Policy . . .
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We offer a (5% discount) if paid in full by check or cash at time of service. Also, for your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard .  We will make every effort to provide you with a treatment plan which fits your budget and gives you the best dental care.  We also offer Interest Free Financing thru Care Credit.

Dental Insurance . . .
Dental Insurance is a contract between the insured (patient) and their Insurance Company. As an additional service to you we will file insurance claims on your behalf. Your benefits are determined by your employer, and are meant to aid you in paying for dental care. 
They usually do not pay 100% of treatment costs.  It will be your responsibility to pay any amount not covered by your benefits.
